The Cost

The cost of attending a seminar is as indicated on the seminar dates page.

The fee includes documentation, lunch and refreshments.

Payment

Please include payment by cheque in favour of Redcliffe Training Associates Limited with your application. Alternatively, please send a transfer to the following account:

We are able to accept credit card payments by contacting our office director or by completing the registration form from this website.

All registrations are acknowledged by return with a VAT receipt and joining instructions are despatched ten days before the seminar in question.

Terms and Conditions

An invoice will be issued as soon as a course confirmation is received and is payable prior to the course. If the participant(s) fails to attend or the booking is cancelled the full course fee remains payable. All cancellations must be in writing. There will be a charge of £150 plus VAT in respect of cancellations notified 5 or more business days before the course in question. If the cancellation is made less than 5 full business days before the course date the full course fee is due and no fees are refunded. Participants wishing to change their booking to a later course date must notify us in writing 5 full business days before the original course date. Failure to do so will result in a transfer fee of 35% of the course fee + VAT being incurred. If we are notified of a transfer on or after the day of the course a new invoice for the full course fee will be raised. If we have to cancel a course, our liability is limited to the return of the course fee. In the event that it is necessary for us to instruct solicitors to take action to recover the outstanding debt, you agree to indemnify us in respect of all costs incurred in this respect.

The Venue

Our full range of seminars are held at a venue in the City of London.
Training hours are 9.30 am - 5.00 pm.

Continuing Professional Education and Development

Each seminar comprises six Law Society CPD hours per day.
