available as an
in-house course
Course Overview
After a
merger or acquisition there may be issues with the integration
of the personnel within the new structure. These are often based
on the uncertainty of what may happen in the future plus the
fact that people have to work with new colleagues. This one-day
workshop is designed to overcome those issues.
The training would be delivered
in a workshop style with exercises and discussions designed to
identify any problems, followed by problem resolution techniques
to alleviate those problems.
Some of the exercises are based around a team building theme to
demonstrate how problems can arise and ultimately how they can
be resolved.
