Course Overview
This course covers the documentation required for AIM flotations.
This includes the drafting of an AIM Admission Document and
related ancillary documentation.
The drafting of a placing agreement and placing letters will be
considered. The issues to be aware of in drafting announcements,
pathfinders and presentations will be explained.
Participants will highlight changes which will be needed to a
company’s constitutional documents and consider internal
compliance matters which should be addressed including codes of
dealing, directors’ service contracts and board minutes.
The contents of ancillary documents including directors’
responsibility letters, comfort letters and verification notes
will also be explained.
The course will include a review of examples of publicly
available documentation relating to flotations of AIM companies.
