Course Overview
This course covers in detail the issues arising in practice in
drafting a prospectus under the Prospectus Directive rules.
The requirements for AIM Admission documents and how they differ
from a full prospectus will also be explained.
Participants will consider how to conduct a verification
exercise which achieves its objective in a practical and
efficient manner. The course also aims to demystify the purpose
and content of the ancillary documentation and comfort letters.
The course will include a review of examples of publicly
available documentation relating to listed and AIM companies.
