Course Overview
In the last few years, UK competition regulation has evolved following implementation of the Enterprise Act 2002 and changes to European competition law.
In addition, the Takeover Code is currently being updated on competition issues. This course covers the current competition regime, which applies to companies doing transactions in the UK, and looks at the procedures of the OFT, the Competition Commission, and also the European Commission.
