course
Course Overview
This course is designed to cover actual case studies for
financing acquisitions. They relate to acquisitions totalling
around £2bn of brands and companies made by Allied Domecq to
strengthen its position as a leading premium spirits company and
also to build a new world wine premium wine portfolio.
The case studies are not in the ‘mega merger’ category but much
more about adding to existing business with the objective of
supporting overall strategy and therefore very relevant to the
more common, less ‘headline grabbing’, acquisitions that
companies are typically involved with.
